Britain for Events launches #NEMO for social media campaign

The Britain for Events campaign has launched a new hashtag for social media campaigns which is designed to promote National Events Month in October.

National Events Month was launched earlier this year and is designed to showcase the UK's events offering to the world. Britain for Events is using the campaign to encourage organisers to run new events during the month and to use #NEMO on Twitter and other social media platforms. 

The #NEMO campaign is also keen to reach event organisers abroad and encourage them to use the UK for their meetings and events.
The National Events Month initiative will focus on four sectors of the industry, each launched by a host event which will include, Exhibitions and Experiential; Conferences and Meetings; Outdoor, Cultural, Sporting and Music Events; and Corporate Hospitality and Incentive Travel.
