British Motor Museum’s evolving spaces help organisers combat venue fatigue

British Motor Museum Meetings & Events is positioning its changing exhibition programme as a way for organisers to avoid repeat-visit fatigue, while keeping its conference facilities and service consistent between bookings.

The venue says each new exhibition changes part of the building and introduces new content, creating a different setting for conferences, receptions and corporate events without changing the underlying meeting spaces. The latest example is Spoiler Alert: The Hot Hatch Story, covering 1980s and 1990s hot hatch culture through eight vehicles, interactive elements and a period-inspired setting. It follows Forza Horizon 6: The Experience, which links physical and digital car culture through vehicles and insights into automotive gaming.

Toby Batchelor, Head of Commerce at the British Motor Museum, said: "Our clients can trust the fundamentals: the same flexible meeting spaces, experienced team, practical delivery, catering and access. Around that dependable core, however, the Museum continues to evolve."

According to the venue, the new exhibitions can also introduce different themes into an event, from youth culture and consumer behaviour to gaming and digital design, and its curatorial team can work with organisers to connect exhibition themes to their programme.
