BMA House offers free evening room hire to extend summer events
BMA House is offering complimentary room hire until 6pm this summer for clients who want to extend their conference or meeting with a post-event reception, subject to availability.
The central London venue, close to King's Cross, Euston and Russell Square, says it is responding to growing interest from organisers looking to make more of in-person gatherings at a time when hybrid and remote working means colleagues meet less frequently. Rather than ending a conference at 5pm, the venue is encouraging planners to consider informal formats such as drinks receptions, courtyard games, low and no alcohol bars, and summer networking sessions.
BMA House has a private Courtyard and Garden alongside a range of historic indoor spaces, giving organisers the option to extend their event on site without relocating delegates to a separate venue.
Hannah Robinson, Venue Manager at BMA House, said: "Some of the most important conversations often happen once the agenda has ended, when delegates have time to reflect, reconnect and speak more openly."
The complimentary room hire offer is available throughout the summer months, subject to availability.
