Avanta's office space clients are feeling confident about their prospects for this year, new research shows.
The study, which was carried out by London First among businesses in Avanta's London venues, found that 74 per cent of the companies questioned believe they will grow either mildly or strongly this year.
In contrast, 44 per cent of the company's serviced office clients said they expected the economy to remain flat, while 36 per cent predicted slow growth.
Geraint Evans, Avanta's sales and marketing director, said companies may find that Avanta's venues provide businesses with greater "agility".
"The flexibility of occupancy that our business centres provide enables clients to upsize, downsize or even relocate, as required, in order to meet to the global demands on their business," he said.
Avanta has a number of serviced office venues across the capital, including some on Fleet Street, Liverpool Street, Hanover Square, Charlotte Street and Regent Street.
