A Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA) event is set to be held in the Von Essen Group's Hotel Verta shortly.
The popular Licensing Essentials Course and Spring Fling networking event will take place at the London venue on May 12th.
LIMA said the hotel offers "state-of-the-art conferencing facilities", as well as glamorous views of the River Thames.
Kelvyn Gardner, managing director of LIMA UK, said: "Spring is definitely in the air and we are sure that people will join us to enjoy the world-class facilities and rooftop views at our super-stylish new venue – Hotel Verta."
The Licensing Essentials Course is aimed at newcomers to the sector, while the Spring Fling networking event will take place in the evening.
It will kick off at 17:00 GMT and will include a debate, featuring a panel of industry experts.
Hotel Verta was the Von Essen Group's 30th hotel and is adjoined to the London Heliport.
