Amazing Retreats, the leaders in exclusive use hire for iconic properties, has this month expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of two stunning new properties.
The collection now includes Plas Rhianfa in Anglesey and Kinnettles near Dundee, both of which will be extensively restored before being offered for exclusive hire for corporate events, banquets, special celebrations and weddings. The investment brings Amazing Retreats up to twelve properties.
Plas Rhianfa, a Grade II listed property, is a unique gothic chateau villa dating from 1849. It offers an elegant main hall, four reception rooms, a banqueting hall with vaulted ceilings and two acres of grounds with a summerhouse, as well as a tennis court overlooking the Menai Straits.
Kinnettles is an unusual and imposing turreted Scottish Baronial estate, complete with 11 bedrooms, a tower sitting room, gatehouse and stables all set within 44 acres of wooded gardens.
Mike Clare, Founder and Executive Chairman of Amazing Retreats comments: “Both Plas Rhianfa and Kinnettles fit our criteria of niche venues for exclusive hire and we are delighted to add them to our portfolio. This is an exciting time for us, not only have we added these two exceptional properties, we have existing venues such as Happisburgh Manor opening following extensive refurbishment, and a number of other additions taking place. The investment demonstrates our commitment to becoming the leaders in exclusive hire of spectacular properties in the UK, and we look forward to continually growing our product with similar purchases”.
Renowned for its outstanding properties around the UK, Amazing Retreats are specialists in historic and unusual properties including Ackergill Tower in Scotland and Spitbank Fort in the Solent.
