Members attending the Meetings Industry Association's 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Church House Conference Centre on 7th April, will have the opportunity to glean business winning advice from leading branding consultant and author, Shaun Smith.
In 2002, Shaun founded Smith+co, which works internationally to help leaders define their customer experience and align their organisations to deliver it. Smith+co also regularly provide a range of customer experience workshops and branding master-classes for executives who want to think differently and be bolder about their customer experience.
Shaun commented: "Like many other industries, the meetings market is becoming ever more crowded and competitive. The emergence of digital channels is creating an opportunity but also greater complexity."
Smith+co specialise in defining a customer experience that builds loyalty and turns customers into advocates. Shaun will be using that experience to explain how brands ’stand out’ from the crowd and sharing findings from research into brands that are transforming their markets and winning.
