Hospitality specialists Prestige Venues & Events, who partner with some of Scotland’s most well-known venues, have acknowledged a rise in the number of Christmas bookings being made well in advance this year.
PV&E, caterers and hospitality partners to several of Scotland’s most exclusive venues including Perth Race Course and Hampden Park, are encouraging people to start thinking about booking their venues for the festive season if they haven’t already done so.
The Sodexo Prestige team at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh has revealed that their Christmas packages are selling extremely well this year. The venue has seen an uplift in the number of new bookings, as well as seeing the return of many old faces.
Hamilton Park Race Course have reported a similar situation. With bookings beginning as early as spring, the venue is filling fast but there are still spaces for those looking to celebrate in an exclusive setting.
Paul Mitchell, Catering Services Director at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, commented: “We are really encouraged by the sale of our Christmas bookings this year.
“Phones started ringing as early as February and as the year has progressed, we have seen a steady rise in the number of bookings for both festive nights and private parties in December.
“This year, people appear to be booking their Christmas parties well in advance to ensure they get the venues that they want.”
Aberdeen Football Club have also seen their Christmas packages sell like hotcakes as they have sold over 1000 covers already for their six ‘Bring Your Party to a Party’ festive nights.
PV&E’s team of Executive Chef’s have designed numerous festive packages and menus credited with helping drive the booking spree for the festive season, including ‘Dine and Dance’ packages, ‘Bring Your Party to a Party’ packages, Christmas race night packages and an exclusive Hogmanay package.
