The QEIICC achieves Investors in People reaccreditation

The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC), London’s most prestigious purpose built centre for professional meetings and events, has received reaccreditation of its Investors in People (IiP) status after QEIICC employees reported an improved organisation since the last IiP review in 2006.

The UK’s leading people management standard, IiP provides a simple and flexible framework helping thousands of organisations, of all sizes and sectors, to improve their business performance. At its heart, IiP is about determining the right strategy, getting staff on board, enhancing management practices and evaluating what’s working or needs further improvement. It has recently introduced a new approach where the assessment process is geared towards meeting business priorities.

Raj Pragji, HR director at The QEIICC, comments: “The new IiP approach will help us drive forward business improvement and transform the Centre’s performance by targeting our chosen business priorities. This will be crucial in helping us adapt to changes we face in the future. I’d like to congratulate all staff across the whole organisation for this significant achievement.”
